Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of commercial construction experience and strong estimating capabilities. This leadership role is ideal for someone who can confidently take a project from conceptual budgeting through final closeout while maintaining financial control and client satisfaction.
Description: Heck Construction Company, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Commercial Superintendent to execute and manage the day-to-day construction details of various sized commercial projects. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of construction experience with 5 years of a proven track record of running jobs on site. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills as this role requires regular communication with owners, owners’ representatives, subcontractors, and employees. A positive attitude, strong work et hic, and leadership skills are a must. We offer a very competitive wage and benefits package including insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation and holidays and company vehicle.
